In the medical practice there can be used various methods of osteochondrosis and scoliosis treatment, however, it is not always possible to achieve satisfactory results. The basis of scoliosis and osteochondrosis treatment is medical gymnastics. Special complexes of exercises are developed for the treatment of scoliosis and osteochondrosis such as cervical, chest, lumbar.
Except for physiotherapy exercises, the treatment of osteochondrosis and scoliosis can be accompanied by massage, manual therapy, wearing corsets. If a reason for scoliosis is the difference in length of legs, special insoles are used.
