Starvation Efficacy in Weight Loss
Starvation is a very effective and perficient way to grow thin, but, at the same time, is one of the most dangerous and potentially harmful to your health. As food does not practically enter your stomach (drinks are only permitted without restrictions: mineral water, herbal teas, vegetable decoctions of a weak concentration), are actively burn all fatty tissues, including reserve ones.
Your weight decreases very intensively, growing thin is noticeable in a week of starting to starve. Short or one-day starvations give a good unloading effect that detoxifies the body.
First, an incorrectly fulfilled starvation can lead to the most serious consequences: weakness of the immune system and, as a consequence, various infectious and cold diseases; stomach upset, infertility, nervous system disorders, weakness of mental abilities; and, secondly, an exit from starvation is a complex process, demanding special safety measures. Thirdly, a complete type of starvation leads to burning not only fat but also muscular tissues, resulting in faded muscles, decrease in elasticity of the skin, wrinkles. Quite often there are failures of starvation when a person does not maintain a long refusal in food and starts to overeat.
To stick to starvation requires an extreme cautiousness. Only short one-day starvations are admissible without medical supervision. Starvation should not burden you. If starvation is difficult for you, the next day a person tries to catch up for yesterday. As a result the effect comes to zero. Longer starvations need to be executed just under supervision of the doctor which is better in the clinic. And what more important is to stop starvation correctly.
