Awful Stages of Inflammation

Inflammation is a response reaction to penetration of harmful substances. The process of inflammation passes some stages.

The first stage is hyperemia. Owing to the blood inflow to the inflamed area there is pain, redness, turgidity, rise of temperature - functioning of your body worsens. Together with the blood, leukocytes enter, destructing harmful substances, and under the influence of the increased temperature, viruses and microbes are destructed as well.

As a result of a burn caused by fire, the affected skin can lead to the following stage of inflammation if not timely treated. The second stage is hypostasis which is superfluous accumulation of liquid in the area of inflammation with the purpose of diluting and destroying harmful substances and toxins. If the burn affects the skin completely, the whey, acting to destruct harmful substances, simply gathers on the skin, accumulating microbes. Under the influence of whey, salts and water, necessary to functioning of kidneys, are removed from the body. Working capacity of kidneys decreases, their cells die.

On the following stage of inflammation, "blockade" of harmful substance begins and it is called the process of infiltration. The inflammation is infiltrated with leukocytes, erythrocytes, thrombocytes, fibrinogen. Thus, natural "defenders" cannot affect the area of infiltration neither medicines can do it. It is possible to get rid of harmful substance just by exterminating tissues.
