The sick with diabetes should fix constantly the amount of carbohydrates which has got into the body.

The normal weight reduction is about three kgs every month. The most important is not only to dump excess weight, but also to keep the achieved result. The big attention needs to be given to the diet. Doctors recommend eating 5-6 times a day, but portions should be small. Then the level of sugar will decrease.
