Have You Tried Juice Diet?
Juices are very useful for your body as they are a fine nutrient medium for useful microorganisms which stimulate intestinal motility. Besides juices contain useful vitamins and minerals without which high-grade work of the body is simply impossible!It is desirable to use that fruit and vegetables which grow in the present year in your district.
For juice diets, any juices are suitable, including the citrus if you do not have an allergy to them! During the diet, observe your state of health. If you feel small discomfort, it will be necessary to replace one juice with another.
During the juice diet it is necessary to drink about 2 litres of juice. But it should be dissolved with water, 1:1. It is necessary not to overload the pancreas as juices contain many carbohydrates. Water with which you will mix juices should be pure and mineral but not aerated.
It is necessary to continue eating soups during the juice diet. They could be vegetable soups, rich with useful vitamins. Cabbage, onions, carrots, potatoes - all these vegetables are true wells of vitamins and minerals! These vitamins can be useful when cooking vegetables and fruit in a saucepan with the closed cover. That will preserve up to 40 % of useful substances in your dishes! During one meal you should consume about 200 ml of soup but no more.
