It is better to go to bed and rise at the same time. The body gets used to it quickly enough. On the average it is necessary to spend not less than 7-8 hours on sleeping for adults and not less than 10 hours for children. If there are dream lapses at night, it is not necessary to go to bed in the afternoon even if you want it. It is better to endure, then the collected weariness will help falling asleep quicker at night.
