Inform your Physician if you have any of the following conditions:

• heart disease;
• biliary disorder;
• convulsion disease;
• an uncommon allergy to moxifloxacin, other quinolone antibiotic drugs, other medications, nutrients, dyestuffs, or preservatives;

• lactating.
