  PROPRANOLOL (Inderal) is a special medication that is prescribed for high blood pressure or atrial fibrillation and decreases risks of heart attacks.             

Inform your Physician if you have any of the following conditions:

• bronchial asthma, bronchitis or bronchospasm;
• circulation disorders, or blood vessel disorder (like Raynaud's disorder);
• depressive disorder;
• diabetes mellitus;
• pulmonary emphysema, or other lung disorder;
• chronicle of heart attack or heart condition, vasospastic chest pain;
• biliary disorder;
• low blood pressure;
• muscle asthenia or disorder;
• phaeochromocytoma;
• psoriasis;
• thyroid gland disorder;
• an uncommon allergy to propranolol, other beta-adrenergic blockers, medications, nutrients, dyestuffs, or preservatives;
• expectant or wishing to get pregnant;
• lactating.

Dose Skipped or Missed:

Pay much attention while consuming Propranolol:

You may feel dormant or airheaded. Do not drive, apply machinery, or do anything that demands brain watchfulness until you know how propranolol influences you. To cut down the risk of airheaded or conking spells, do not sit or stand up rapidly.

Avoid alcoholic beverages; they can make you more dormant, and multiply buffing and speedy pulsations. Consume propranolol at bedtime to lessen the effects of sleepiness and giddiness, but be careful if you have to arise during the nighttime.
