Anthelmintics
Anthelmintics (anthelmintic agents) are a group of medicines, related to various chemical classes and are applied to the treatment of helminthiasis (diseases, caused by parasitic worms). Application of anthelmintic agents, as a rule, demands preliminary preparation of a patient (a certain diet, prescription of laxatives, choleretics other medications), directed, basically, to minimization of side, mainly, toxic effects of medicines of this type on an organism of a person.
